Marshall Mods

We offer modifications fo the following Marshall Models:

 

JCM 900 HOT ROD MOD:

  • Gets rid of scratchy highs and harshness. Creates very warm, smooth, liquid, musical overdrive with lots of punch and penetration.
  • Channel 1 becomes very punchy with chimey highs. Crank the Gain knob for Class A type break up up to classic JCM800 growl. Perfect for Blues, Jazz, Country, Classic Rock
  • Channel 2 gets much more gain and bottom end, more cut through, pushes more air. Great for Classic Rock up to modern Metal.

JCM 800, JMP, JTM-45, Plexi, Superlead:

 

  • Add Master Volume + overdrive stage
  • Add no-loss and dead quiet effect loop with true bypass
  • Add high gain stage w. dual stage master to pre 1980 2 ch amps + preserving original tone
  • Add or upgrade existing master to dual stage master for fuller tone and more overdrive
  • Turn "normal channel" into higher gain Marshall tone w. punch and warmth. Improves EQ.
  • Push/pull gain + low end booster
  • Midrange boost to increase warmth and sustain. Changes exisiting pot to push/pull pot.
  • Adjustable midrange boost from subtle to high sustain fat tone
  • Pure vintage tone mod to reproduce old vintage amps whose components "drifted off"
  • Add tube recitfier
